In addition the Boys are clever, and involved in all the decisions when it comes to the Band. In the last years they automatically got a complete Music Business education, parallel to their career on stage. Especially Tom has really worked himself into that a lot. If he - someday - gets sick of standing on stage, then he can get successful by working behind the scenes.[...]
